Amanda has over 20 years of experience working in the Administration and Customer Service arena for Finance and Events companies.
She has managed a Call Handling company, as well as a team of Call Handlers. Amanda really understands what makes great Customer Service.
Amanda takes pride in being the first point of contact for her client’s business and her passion is looking after their customers, always willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent support.
Becky, Virtual Assistant
Becky is a professional and highly adaptable Virtual Assistant, providing ongoing business support to busy entrepreneurs, coaches and consultants, with businesses both large and small and is a valued member of the Vantage VA team.
She has worked in a variety of technical and business support roles, and has extensive experience with CRM systems and a keen eye for detail.
Becky is adept at social media management and supports a number of client social media accounts, across multiple platforms and scheduling tools. She has a wealth of experience in moving our client’s businesses into the online space, utilising a broad range of tools to do so.

Jacqueline, Virtual Assistant
For almost 25 years Jacqueline has been gathering and honing a plethora of skills and expertise providing Executive Administration support to a variety of businesses and individuals.
Jacqueline has worked in a number of global corporate organisations from Government to retail brands and Financial Services.
She is an organised, positive and proactive VA, always seeking resourceful ways to add value for clients.
Jacqueline is experienced with email campaigns, social media preparing legal documents, client liaison, organising networking groups, etc.
Sonia, Virtual Assistant
Sonia holds a BSc in Management and Systems and has extensive experience having worked as an Assistant in External Communications, Financial Corporate Communications and in Marketing for Global brands.
Her experience includes brand awareness, social media, competitor analysis reports, website updates, newsletter creation. She really enjoys streamlining processes and helping business owners find a better work life balance by taking time-consuming tasks off their plate.

Jennifer, Online Business Manager
Jessica has a Chemistry degree and having completed 11 years of corporate experience in a FTSE 100 company, she started her career as an R&D scientist, promoted to Project Manager then a Novel Products Development Manager in the front-end innovation space in the Tobacco Cessation Product Industry.
